untuk menandai input field ini di panggil dari tipe form apa

setActionType( $str_action_type );

• $str_action_type: String tipe form dengan yaitu "add", "edit", "search" ataukah "roll"

File Path: includes/lib/pea/form/FormHeader.php membuat input field yang berupa header atau judul dari form yang kita buar dengan pea
